XMLAW today announced that it has been named one of Boston’s Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ), according to the publication’s annual ranking.

The BBJ’s Best Places to Work results are based on surveys conducted of employees at each company. The surveys ask a series of questions about work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management compensation and benefits. This year’s top ranking firms were chosen from a large pool of nominations, making it the largest program to date. Categories include small, medium and large-sized businesses.
